Okay so you most liking you're thinking so what's new about that statement. I'll tell you minna what's new about that statement. I'm now included among the people whom offically hate Microsoft.

I'll begin by saying this is only my opinion no one Else's. I'd like to tell you all a story. I haven't logged into my hotmail account in almost well... two year or so give or take. I try resetting my password. Here's where the trouble beginning children. Fasten you seat belt children it's going to be a bumpy ride.

I forget my answer to my secret question problem one, problem two the alternate email address to which a temporary password could be set was deleted, and I no longer had access to it No wait it get better trust me...

Here's where I truly began to hate Microsoft. The beginning of my third, and major problem was that the website had no contact number for Microsoft's support team if you needed to contact them for assistance. I emailed the support team, and was very specific in regards to my problems, and the email I got back was a cut n' paste job. I was so angry at this point I wanted to going to Seattle, Washington find Bill Gates, and make him fix it!

Good Grief! I replied to the email, and asked them if they had even bothered to read the information I had provided to them. I got another email back stating I had to got through this long questionnaire to verify my identity. I of course at this point was in for a penny in for a pound as the saying goes. I filed out the questionnaire, and finally was given a link to reset my password.

And this children is why I truly.. Truly hate Mircosoft!
